Gallatin County Commissioners Give Initial Approval for Sierra Vista Subdivision

The Bozeman Daily Chronicle reported that the county has initially approved a 32 acre property for development. Sierra Vista subdivision is slated to be developed by Cloverleaf Land and Development. The developers intends to build 1oo single family homes. This parcel is located off Gooch Hill and Huffine Lane.

Concern arose over whether the developer or subdivision will need to contribute to the usage of Gooch Hill Road. A lack of policy on how to proceed with the agreement left this issue unresolved.
